All
accepted papers will appear in the open
access online conference proceedings which
will have DOI and ISBN numbers assigned. A comittee
of experts will select a number of
outstanding papers to be published in a
special issue of CCIS Springer.

Submission
guidelines
Authors
are invited to submit original and
unpublished papers or extended
abstracts, which are not under review in
any other conference or journal. All
submissions will be peer reviewed by the
program committee based on their
originality, significance,
methodological soundness, and clarity of
exposition.
Submissions could be written in
English, Spanish or Portuguese and
should be in PDF format. They must
follow the authors’ guidelines published
at the conference website.
Submissions imply the willingness of
at least one author to register, attend
the conference, and present the paper.
ICPR-Americas 2020 is using the
Easychair to manage the submissions.
This platform provides you with a
submissions homepage where you can
register your paper submission and make
appropriate changes. The authors must
indicate if their subimission is for
regular Session (General Session) or to
some of the Special Sessions.
About the venue
Bahía
Blanca is the largest city of the
Patagonian region in Argentina, located on
the shore of the Atlantic Sea. It is a
port and industrial city with an active
sports, cultural and commercial life that
makes it a great setting for meetings,
favored by its resources and its high
connectivity. More than 20 long-distance
bus companies operate to all parts of the
country as well as several daily flights
to the city of Buenos Aires.
