RESUMEN:
Cultivated wheat germplasm is poor of genetic diversity and needs
the injection of new genes and alleles from less cultivated
materials to improve the performance of future wheat cultivars. I
will present the tetraploid wheat germplasm resources of the CREA-
Research Centre for Genomics and Bioinformatics, and ongoing
mapping approaches for disease resistance, also based on the
recent release of the T. durum reference genome.
